Development Services

Aspen Group’s development services include land acquisition, planning, zoning and government entitlement work, sourcing, coordinating and administering Architectural, Engineering and General Contracting services, value engineering, coordination of interior design, selecting and administering real estate brokerage services and full accounting services.

Construction Management

Aspen Group brings many decades of resort construction expertise to its projects. Experienced construction management is the single most important factor in delivering a project on time and on budget. Aspen Group’s team of construction professionals bring vast experience in large, complicated and time-sensitive resort projects, including those located in high-altitude, sub-freezing environments. Aspen Group manages the entire construction process, including the coordination and preparation of all construction bidding documents, sourcing qualified bidders, awarding contracts and complete administration of the construction process, from groundbreaking through project closeout and the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals. Aspen Group’s core philosophy is to build it twice. Once on paper, prior to groundbreaking, where our team works out issues in the plans and specifications in advance, before they are uncovered in the field by contractors. A typical set of plans contain hundreds of errors and omissions, many of which result in costly change orders and delays in the schedule. By building the project first on paper, most of the errors and omissions in a set of plans and specifications are caught and corrected, well before they can negatively impact the project.

Client Reporting

Aspen Group provides its Clients and Partners with an exclusive, comprehensive executive dashboard, where all project metrics are displayed in a concise, easy to read, browser-based format. The dashboard tracks and reports numerous measures critical to a project’s success, in real-time, including costs to date, estimated costs at completion, forecasted cash flow, construction loan tracking, construction schedule and critical material order dates.
